I agree the whole cancel culture thing has been overdone, and the people whining loudest about it don’t even seem capable of saying what it is, of defining it in any way that isn’t completely unhelpful. I’ve written a couple pieces on cancel culture from a lawyer’s perspective if you’re interested.
