That’s not true. Many DEI events are workplace trainings that necessarily include white people because they’re they ones who are supposed to need the sensitivity training. My wife who is white has participated in many such trainings at her firm. I also participated in them when I was a Resident Advisor in my dorm at college.

Incidentally the NYTimes has a good article today about why DEI trainings often do more harm than good.
