That would probably be the way to go, especially since the feedback could be used to help train the tools and make them better.

Some use cases (school or work devices) make more sense for mandatory deployment compared to others. But even in those cases there’s room for leeway. For example, media literacy classes in high school could play with various settings to see what happens.
