It’s interesting that you would accuse the left of not having ideas, when Trump didn’t even bother with a platform in 2020.

The left has proposed many policies, and enacted some, but when 41 Senators representing less than a third of the country can block anything, you can’t blame the left for not doing anything.

The age requirement is a constitutional requirement. So is not having engaged in insurrection. It’s more ambiguous than age, but it’s still a legal issue.

Trump’s only accomplishment in office was a tax cut for the rich and the appointment of three federalist society judges who will continue to uphold:

1) unlimited spending by special interests in our elections

2) unchecked gerrymandering

3) any and all voter suppression laws

4) unchecked police and prosecutorial powers at the expense of our rights to privacy and due process

5) unchecked corporate consolidation at the expense of small business owners

6) the complete dismantling of any separation between church and state

7) invasions of our privacy and right to bodily autonomy

And much more. That’s why not just trump but any Republican is a threat to freedom and democracy
