In that case the choice is obvious. Only the Democrats will appoint Justices who will overturn Citizens United and reinstate Roe. They’re also the only ones who will appoint justices to overturn Rucho and Shelby County, and reinstate Chevron (if you’re not familiar with these cases check them out).

“In every major case since he became the nation’s seventeenth Chief Justice, Roberts has sided with the prosecution over the defendant, the state over the condemned, the executive branch over the legislative, and the corporate defendant over the individual plaintiff.”

And what is true for Roberts is true for every Republican-appointed justice since. To allow the GOP to name any more Supreme Court Justices is to assent to tyranny.
