I’m not sure the religious convictions of many republican politicians are as popular with voters as they think. For example, here in Missouri Trump and other Republicans will almost certainly win their races, but the abortion amendment also looks likely to pass. So does the minimum wage increase. Voters may not like Democrats, but they sure like Democratic policies.
