I don’t see Biden as either a protector of free speech or an enemy of free speech. I see the judges he has appointed as protectors of speech by ordinary people, and the judges his opponent would have appointed as the protectors of corporate speech (and the weaponizers of speech to hobble unions and blur the line between church and state).

Again, Biden’s views or actions don’t really matter to me (though I am curious why exactly you think he’s anti-speech). It’s all about the judges.
