For your analysis to be correct we’d basically have to believe in a vast conspiracy, but the reality is simpler.

There just wasn’t any evidence of f criminal intent on Clinton’s part, either in retaining classified info or in deleting why she claimed were personal emails.

Nor was there any evidence of obstruction of justice.

As for which breach was more dangerous, the FBI concluded that they found no evidence that Clinton’s server had been successfully hacked by state actors, whether from Russia, or China or anywhere else.

Frankly, if I were any hostile power’s intelligence service, I’d have moved heaven and earth to place my assets in Mar a Lago. I still might.
