Do you consider Robert's Rules of Parliamentary Procedure to be a form of censorship? Or are they rather a sensible way of facilitating robust free debate?

I can't take this anarchistic viewpoint seriously, because it's so clearly articulated in bad faith. Anyone with any sense can see that unleashing chaos is very nearly as effective a form of censorship as outright banning speakers. Either way, no one gets to hear anything.
