Arguably wokeism falls within the pantheon under the category of “Race”. But when you dig down into what motivates a lot of people who would call themselves woke, it’s not the reductive parochial attitude people on the right make it out to be. I think they see that because that’s how they see race, and they’re projecting.

Wokeists may not be very good humanists, but they’re trying.
